The project's purpose

StoryFlop started with a simple idea: run Scrum Poker without subscriptions, per-seat payments or tool-imposed limits on participants and voting rounds. The aim is to help any team focus on discussion and estimation, quickly and easily.

Prepare stories, invite your team by link and reveal the cards when everyone has voted. When the session needs a little energy, throw an emoji to a teammate: estimation can be fun too.

Rooms are temporary: data is deleted after 14 days of inactivity. Keep decisions in your backlog and read the privacy policy before sharing information. Privacy

How the guides are written

Resources signed StoryFlop are project documentation and estimation exercises. They imply no certification or affiliation with the authors of the method or Scrum.

Guides distinguish StoryFlop features from other product examples. Cases and characters are identified as fictional. Numbers explain decisions, not effort tables transferable between teams.

Each guide has a publication date and sources. Corrections and substantial changes will appear in content and review dates. Suggest improvements when instructions are unclear or outdated.
